HENNIKER, N.H. - The Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team fell, 5-0 in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) semifinals on Saturday afternoon to top-seed, Colby-Sawyer.
The Falcons move to 1-9 on the season, while the Chargers are now 8-1.
The Chargers took all three doubles matches, but JuJu Oliver (New Britain, Conn.) and Osiana Brown (New Haven, Conn.) gave a run at doubles no. 1, but fell 8-5 to Elise Hogan and Sky Jara.
Albertus lost in singles no. 3 and no. 4, ending the match. The remainder of the match went unfinished after the Chargers clinched the win.
Up next, the Falcons head to Western Connecticut State University to take on the Wolves at 3:30 p.m. on Monday at 3:30 p.m.
