NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College men's golf team released its 2023 schedule on Wednesday with seven tournaments during the year.
They'll kick off the year with a home match against Purchase and Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) foe, Dean.
Following the opening match, the Falcons will participate in the Mitchell Invitational II on September 12 at Shennecossett Golf Course in Groton, CT followed by the Great Neck Duel match against the Mariners at Great Neck Country Club.
The Falcons head back to New Haven CC on September 27 as they host the Albertus Magnus Invitational as Elms, Mitchell and Saint Joseph (Me.) come to town.
Albertus wraps up its regular season at two historic courses. First, they will head north to play in the Emmanuel College Invite on September 28 at Brookline Country Club, host of the 2022 U.S. Open. On October 6, the Falcons head to Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, N.Y., site of the sitw of two U.S. Opens and a PGA Championship as they face Old Westbury.
Albertus will close out 2023 at the GNAC Championships, hosted by the Falcons on October 9-10 at New Haven Country Club. Last season, the Falcons finished in second place.
