Tatiana St. Juste enters her third season as the head men's and women's swimming and diving coach in 2024-25. 

During the 2023-24 campaign, the men's swimming and diving team collected a victory against Elms on November 18. The team competed at the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championships, where the women's swimming team finished in seventh place and the men's team finished in sixth place.

In St. Juste's first season at the helm in 2022-23, the women's swimming and diving team took home two wins with new records set in the 1000 yd freestyle, 1650 yd freestyle, 100 yd breaststroke, 100 yd individual medley and the 200 yd individual medley. The team concluded the 2023 GNAC Championships with a seventh-place finish.

St. Juste comes to Albertus after coaching the boys' and girls' swimming and diving programs at East Hartford High School. In her time with the Hornets, she was responsible for managing both programs, including on-deck coaching at all practices and meets. In addition, St. Juste has served as the Aquatics Site Director at Cornerstone Aquatics in West Hartford, Conn., and the Aquatics Director at the Carriage Club in Avon, Conn.

As an undergraduate, St. Juste was a successful three-year member of the Lynn University women's swimming and diving team. She recorded 18 top-10 finishes over 11 meets in her junior season. In the classroom, St. Juste was a two-time Sunshine State Conference Commissioner Honor Roll honoree.

St. Juste graduated from Lynn in three years with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology focusing on Lifespan Development. She spent the 2020-21 academic year as a member of the swimming and diving team at CCSU. St. Juste is currently working towards a Master's degree in Sport Management.
