Albertus Magnus College will celebrate the birthday of its mascot, Frankie the Falcon, in honor of Student-Athlete Appreciation Day on April 4. Student-Athlete Appreciation Day is honored annually on April 6 but with the day falling on Good Friday, Frankie’s birthday will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 4 at noon in the DeDominicis Dining Hall.
The event will help kick-off the NCAA’s Inaugural Division III Week, which will take place during the week of April 9. Division III Week celebrates student-athletes’ academic achievement, athletics accomplishments and leadership/community service/campus involvement.
Albertus Magnus athletes, coaches, administration, fellow classmates and professors will be in attendance to celebrate with Frankie. See you there!
