Robert Gambardella (North Haven, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus baseball team has been named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll.

Gambardella recorded his first home run of the season in the Falcons' conference loss to Johnson & Wales on Saturday. The junior batted a team-best .500 with eight hits in 16 at-bats on the week. He added five stolen bases in six attempts.

On the year, Gambardella is batting .365 with 23 hits and eight stolen bases. He and the Falcons face Wesleyan in non-conference action on Tuesday afternoon in Middletown, Conn.
