The NFHCA National Academic Team Award recognizes programs that earned a team grade-point average of 3.5 or higher during the fall semester of the current academic year.

The Falcons recently had eight members of the team named to the 2022 NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad. These players included seniors Lillian Woods (New London, N.H.), Ariana Martin (Hamden, Conn.) and Madison Duranleau (Wheelock, Vt.), junior Danielle Brodman (Lindenhurst, N.Y.), sophomore Alexis Duranleau (Wheelock, Vt.), and freshmen Laurel Maus (Woodbridge, Conn.), Melina Tarzia (Stamford, Conn.), and Paige Scheid (West Orange, N.J.). Just last week, M. Duranleau and Scheid were named 2022 NFHCA Division III Scholars of Distinction.
