Albertus Magnus Athletics Hires Keira Integlia as Head Field Hockey Coach/Athletic Administration Coordinator

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Albertus Magnus College Director of Athletics Michael Kobylanski has announced the hiring of Keira Integlia as the Falcons' new field hockey head coach. Along with her head coaching duties, Integlia will also serve as the department's Athletic Administration Coordinator.  

"Keira brings a strong background in both the sport of field hockey and athletic administration experience across all three NCAA divisions, along with the Hartford Yard Goats," Director of Athletics Michael Kobylanski said. "As a former NCAA Division III student-athlete, she is well-versed in the landscape and experience that we are trying to provide here at Albertus Magnus College. We look forward to Keira providing sound guidance for our program and our student-athletes as a part of the Falcon Family."

Recently, Integlia served as a summer associate intern for the Hartford Yard Goats and is the Lead Member Service Attendant for Yale University. With the Yard Goats, she provided a positive and safe game day experience to over 6,000 Yard Goats fans during homestands while

serving as an usher, operations assistant, guest experiences associate, grounds crew member, box office associate, and pre-game and on-field promotions assistant. At Yale, Integlia oversees daily operations and maintenance of the many PWG facilities, including basketball courts, fitness and squash center, and member pool, to provide a safe and secure environment for students, workers, athletes, and visitors. 

During her playing career at New Haven from 2021-22, she played in 38 games with 37 starts and helped guide the team to back-to-back Northeast-10 Conference Tournament semifinal appearances. She was named to the NE-10 All-Conference Third-Team in 2022 after finishing the season racking up a league-leading 139 saves and finished the year with a .755 save percentage. In 2021, Integlia finished her first season at New Haven with 135 saves over 20 games, including five games with double-figure saves.

While at UNH, Integlia was a graduate assistant in the Sports Management Department, where she executed daily academic research, event planning, graphic design, and networking and communication tasks directed toward alumni, current students, and professionals in the sports industry. 

Integlia played two seasons of field hockey at Eastern Connecticut State University from 2018-2021. At ECSU, she started all 33 games during the 2018 and 2019 seasons and held opponents to under three goals per game during those two seasons combined. Integlia also registered 160 total saves and recorded three full-match shutouts while at Eastern, ranking her fifth in program history.

Off the field, Integlia served as an intern in the Sports Information office during the Spring of 2020. She was a key member in fulfilling game day operations, including field and equipment organization/setup and statistician tasks. Integlia was also responsible for conducting research, interviewing athletes and coaches, publishing articles and post-game highlights to the athletic website, and photographing teams and student-athletes. 

Integlia is a native of Branford, Conn., and graduated from Branford High School. She graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. She recently received her M.S. in Sport Management with a concentration in Collegiate Athletic Administration from the University of New Haven.
