HOW IT HAPPENED

Gabriella Dellacroce (Woodbridge, Conn.) got the Falcons on the board with an early goal at the 3:42 mark of the first period as a penalty corner from Kayla Clark (Avon, Conn.) found Amber DeJonge (Grand Rapids, Mich.)  From there, DeJonge found Dellacroce who took a slapshot that netted her fourth goal of the season.

The Falcons held that lead all-the way until just under eight minutes remaining as Frankie Alley scored inside the box to tie the game up in the 53rd minute. The Pride took the lead just four minutes later as Alley slid a pass to Belle Celli who found the back of the net to take the 2-1 lead.

The Pride's lead didn't last long as just 34 seconds later, as a pass from Clark deflected off the stick of Melina Tarzia (Stamford, Conn.) to tie the game, 2-2.

However with just 15 seconds remaining, Juskiewicz hit a ball in mid-air into the net off a pass from Alley to give Regis the eventual win.
