New Haven, Conn. - Mariya Helmbold (Bellmawr, N.J.) of the Albertus Magnus College field hockey team was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll for her performance this week.

Helmbold had two goals and an assist in team's first win of the season over Elms.

The first-year accounted for three of the team's four goals scored in the 4-0 win. She recorded her first career point with an assist to Rosianys Rivera in the third period and then scored her first career goal just seven minutes later on an assist from Melina Tarzia.

The Falcons head to Saint Joseph's (Me.) on Saturday, October 12th for a 12:00 p.m. GNAC matchup.
