New Haven, CT - Albertus Magnus College junior forward Ray Askew (New Haven, CT/Career) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week for his outstanding performance the following week.

Askew averaged 32.0 points per game and 12.0 rebounds per game including tallying three assists and four blocks during the 1-1 week for the Falcons.

The Falcons lost a heartbreaker to Western CT State University 103-99, and soared past GNAC opponent Norwich 94-79 to remain undefeated in GNAC play.

Albertus is 5-4, 3-0 GNAC and travel to GNAC opponent Emerson College in Boston, MA with a 4:00 pm tip-off
