Men's Basketball Holds Off Regis (Mass.), 82-73

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Behind a 24-point effort from Davon Warner (New Haven, Conn.), the Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team claimed its seventh home victory of the season following tonight's 82-73 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) win over the visiting Pride of Regis (Mass.) College inside "The Nest".

Along with Warner, teammate Rob Tindley (Lawnside, N.J.) also scored in double-figures for the Falcons tallying 10 points to go along with two rebounds, a season-high six assists, and three steals. Junior Justice Washington (Hamden, Conn.) led the Falcons' defensive unit with two blocks as well as posted three rebounds, four assists, and five points.

  • This is the fifth meeting between the Falcons and Pride.

  • Dawkins matched his season-high in rebounds with 13.
