NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team cruised to victory in the quarterfinal round of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament against Colby-Sawyer College on Tuesday night, taking down the Chargers, 128-74, inside "The Nest". The Falcons' 128 points scored was a new program record for the blue-and-white.
The Falcons' offense was fueled by five different double-digit scorers, including Justice Washington (Hamden, Conn.), who recorded a 21-point, 12-rebound double-double. Antonio Bonilla (Tenafly, N.J.) was close behind with 20 points on six made three-pointers, while Malcolm Duncanson (West Haven, Conn.) and Terry Dawkins (Bronx, N.Y.) rounded out the double-digit scorers with 13 points and 12 points, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons opened the first five minutes of play with a 15-3 run on six points from Dawkins and four from Washington, including a massive slam dunk.
- The Chargers battled back with a 9-3 run before the hosts surged ahead with a 9-2 run to make it a 27-14 game.
- Albertus nailed three straight three-pointers over the next few minutes to craft a commanding 38-17 lead with just under ten minutes left in the half.
- The teams traded baskets for the next few minutes before Bonilla swooshed back-to-back three-pointers to make it a 51-22 game.
