WATERFORD, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus Falcons men's golf team won its third consecutive match to start the season, finishing with a 306 at the Great Neck Duel at the par 71 Great Neck Country Club against Mitchell. The Mariners finished with a 374 team score.

Once again, it was Shamar Wilson (Runaway Bay, Jamaica) who earned medalist, shooting an even-par 71. It is the third win this season for Wilson, and second time he shot even par or better on the year.

Charlie Kristofak (West Hartford, Conn.) finished in second with a six-over par 77, while Kyle Sikorski (Norwich, Conn.) and Sam Witt (Calgary, Alberta) tied for third with an eight-over par 79.  David Aquavia (Oakville, Conn.) shot an 81.
