HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons outshot Suffolk, 10-7 in the first period, but the Rams were able to get on the board on the power play at the 10:17 mark of the first period as Scott McManus tipped in a shot from Jake Grace to make it a 1-0 game.
- Albertus had even more chances to score in the second period with 13 shots on net, but Suffolk goaltender CJ Hapward did not allow a goal through.
- Hale stopped his final 24 shots of the game to keep it a one-goal game.
