
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The Albertus Magnus College men's ice hockey team lost a 4-1 game to Skidmore College in New England Hockey College (NEHC) action on Friday evening.
Tim Manning (Concord, Ohio) scored the lone goal for the Falcons and Chace Hale (Pittsburgh, Pa.) had 30 saves in net.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Thoroughbreds got on the board at 7:29 in the first period as Jaden York scored after Albertus turned the puck over in the neutral zone.
- Zane Kindrachuk (Calgary, Alberta) and Sam Anderson (Calgary, Alberta) helped Manning score his sixth goal of the season as the Falcons were able to score on a 3-on-3 rush with just 49 seconds coming off the clock in the second period to knot the game, 1-1.
- Skidmore answered with two goals in the second period just 3:06 apart from each other. The first coming on a goal from Cooper Rice on a one-timer at the 6:05 mark. Mitchell Floccare then added a goal at the 9:11 mark to make it a 3-1 game in the second period.
- Skidmore added an empty net goal in the third with 40 seconds remaining from Oscar Worob.
- Hale stopped 13 shots in the third period for Albertus.
