NEW HAVEN, Conn. -  The Albertus Magnus College men's lacrosse team was bested at home by a final score of 12-2 against the Wildcats of Johnson & Wales University Tuesday evening under the lights at Celentano Field in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action. 

In between the pipes, Dane Walsh (Bethany, Conn.) did his all to keep the Falcons in tonight's contest by making 28 saves; his second-most saves this season.

• The Wildcats came out of the gate scoring four unanswered goals during the first quarter. 
• Johnson & Wales kicked off the second quarter with a goal at the 8:41-minute mark.
• The Falcons found the back of the net for the first time with 3:39 left in the quarter when Jon Olson (Bellmore, N.Y.) tallied an unassisted goal.
• Olson's tally at 3:39 was his 21st of the spring campaign. 
• The Wildcats' offense continued to be a threat, scoring two more goals to close out the half, 7-1.
• The Falcons came out of the gate in the third quarter with a goal when Cooper Strecker (Chester, Conn.) pushed between the pipes for his fourth of the season at the 13:52 minute mark.
• Unfortunately for the Falcons, the Wildcats scored the next five goals to secure the GNAC victory.

• Olson paced the team in shots with 10 and four on goal. 
• Rocco Albanese (Nutley, N.J.) recorded a team-high two caused turnovers.
