NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Following a nine-win 2019 campaign, the Albertus Magnus College men's soccer team did not get complacent in 2020, as first-year head coach Pete Hamasian brought in nine newcomers to add depth to the program. Take a moment to meet the new additions.

Roger Baldwin | Fr. | M | New Haven, Conn. / Wilbur Cross | 6-0 | 150
Baldwin, a New Haven native, graduated from Wilbur Cross High School. He earned All-Southern Connecticut Conference honors during his high school career. Baldwin was selected as a team captain during his senior season.

Cole Barrows | Fr. | F | Beacon Falls, Conn. / Woodland Regional | 5-8 | 159
Barrows attended Woodland Regional High School in his hometown of Beacon Falls, Conn. He garnered All-Divisions honors during his career. The 5-foot-8-inch forward was tabbed as a team captain in his senior campaign. Barrows was also a member of both Woodland Regional's indoor and outdoor track teams.

Orantay Blake | Fr. | F | Hamden, Conn. / Hamden | 5-11 | 175
Blake graduated from Hamden High. He was awarded both All-Southern Connecticut Conference First Team and All-Area First Team honors.

Denis Blandon | Fr. | M\F | Meriden, Conn. / Francis T. Maloney | 5-10 | 175
Blandon attended Francis T. Maloney High School in Meriden, Conn. The 5-foot-10-inch midfielder earned CCC All-Conference honors in 2018 and 2019. He received United Soccer Coaches All-State and Connecticut High School Coaches Association All-State honors in 2018. His team won a CCC Conference Championship in 2018. Blandon was named team captain during senior season.

Joshua Constantino | Fr. | M | Harwinton, Conn. / Lewis S. Mills | 5-8 | 180
Constantino graduated from Lewis S. Mills High School in Burlington, Conn. The Harwinton, Conn., native was named team captain for his senior season.

Kelvin Cortez | So. | M | Meriden, Conn. / Wilcox Tech | 5-7 | 170
Cortez transferred to Albertus after playing one year at Rivier University. The product of Meriden, Conn., paced the Raiders last season with 15 points on seven goals and one assist. He started all but one game last year. Cortez attended H.C. Wilcox Technical High School. He was named team captain in his senior season.

Zack Fenn | Fr. | D | Oakville, Conn. / Watertown | 5-7 | 155
Fenn attended Watertown High School. He was named team captain during his senior campaign. The 5-foot-7-inch defender was tabbed All-NVL as a senior. He was also a part of the Watertown baseball team. His sister, Lexie, was a four-year starter on the Albertus Magnus women's soccer team and is now the women's soccer Graduate Assistant Coach.

Gabriel Paglia | Fr. | D | Amity, Conn. / Amity | 6-0 | 160
Paglia graduated from Amity High School. The Amity, Conn., native was also a part of the track team.

Johan Stagnaro | Fr. | M | East Hartford, Conn. / East Hartford | 5-7 | 130
Stagnaro comes to Albertus from East Hartford High School. In addition to soccer, he was also a part of the school's tennis team.
