The Falcons were a young team in 2009, with four freshman playing 1-4 singles. The Falcons finished with a 4-6 record and had a shot to make the playoffs right up until the end of the season.  The Falcons produced two All Conference players during the season.  Coach Palmer saw his team progress in every match this season. The Falcons competed at a very high level all year long, playing their toughest schedule in recent memory.  "I am proud of the way that the team progressed this season and am excited about the team's development.  I am looking forward to continuing that growth next season," stated Coach Palmer.
