Men's Tennis Announces 2017 Schedule

New Haven, Conn. – Albertus Magnus College men's tennis Head Coach Bob Migliorini (6th season) has announced his team's schedule for the upcoming 2017 season. In total, the Falcons will take to the court 11 times this spring, highlighted by seven home contests.

Albertus Magnus is coming off a 7-4 campaign and just missed qualifying for the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament with a 0-3 mark in league action. Last spring, head coach Bob Migliorini guided Albertus to the second-most wins in school history. The team posted a 3-1 record at home and shutout victories versus York and Mitchell.

From March 8 to March 31, Albertus Magnus will host four non-conference games starting with its home-opener against Lehman on March 8. The Falcons will then take on Cooper Union (3/25), Western Conn. St. (3/26) and the College of New Rochelle (3/31).

Albertus Magnus will start the month of April on the road at Lesley before returning to New Haven for a two-game homestand against John Jay (4/2) and Rutgers-Camden (4/8). The next day, the Falcons travel to New York to face Cooper Union and then resume conference play with a road match against Rutgers-Newark (4/15).

The final home match of the year will be on April 22nd against Ramapo before the Falcons end the year with a road match at York (N.Y.).
