NORTHFIELD, Vt. - The Albertus Magnus College men's tennis team continued their blazing start to the spring season, extending its current winning streak to five straight matches following today's 5-4 victory over the Cadets of Norwich University in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action.
The Falcons opened the match with a 2-1 lead after doubles play, before splitting singles play with the Cadets, 3-3, to take home the tightly contested road victory. Zak Levine (Hamden, Conn.), Alex Hale (Wolcott, Conn.), and Nick Tagliaferri (Hamden, Conn.) led the Falcons in singles play with wins at No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 singles, respectively, while the duo tandem of Levine and Hale earned the "W" at No. 1 doubles.
