The Rivier men's volleyball team defeated Albertus Magnus 3-0 (25-16, 25-18 and 25-16) in part of a tri-match in Nashua, N.H.

The Falcons were led by Glenn Johnson (Newington, Conn.) with six kills, while Douglas DeSousa (Danbury, Conn.) tallied five kills and nine digs. Carlos Torres (Adjuntas, Puerto Rico) dished out 20 assists for the Falcons as well.

Rivier was led by Aaron Almario with nine kills as he hit .727 on the afternoon.

The Falcons will host Lasell on Tuesday night in GNAC play. That match is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.
