Brooklyn, N.Y. – The Albertus Magnus College men's volleyball team blanked host Medgar Evers, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon in non-conference action at the Cougars Cave. Freshman setter Jeremy Oritz (Bridgeport, Conn.) continued his strong play with 26 assists and seven digs.

At the net, Ortiz and senior opposite Connor Filkins (Wallingford, Conn.) combined for two kills. Tharau also contributed seven digs on the defensive side and six aces at the service line.

As a team, the Falcons produced 33 kills, nine service aces and 21 digs.

Albertus Magnus returns to action  on Sunday, February 21, with a home tri-match versus CCNY and Medgar Evers beginning at 11:00 am.
