New Haven, CT - On Saturday afternoon, The Albertus Magnus College Women's Basketball team dropped a 61-52 decision to visiting Eastern Nazarene College.  A close game through the first half, the Falcons trailed by only three with the score 28-25 at the half.  Despite the valiant effort, the Lady Falcons were down 54-49 with just two minutes to play but just could not overcome the deficit.  Senior Forward Krystal Bryant (Hamden, CT) had a game high 16 points and 11 rebounds along with sophomore center Nikki McClease (New Haven, CT) and her game high 15 rebounds and eight points for the Falcons.  Eastern Nazarene received a balanced scoring attack with Christina Tucker (Antioch, CA) and Victoria Sontag (Mount Vernon, NH) leading the way with 12 and 10 points respectively. Albertus drops to 2-7, 0-0 GNAC on the season while Eastern Nazarene College improves to 5-3, 0-0 CCC.  The Falcons return to action next semester on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Anna Maria College for a 7:00pm tip-off.
