New Haven, CT - On Sunday afternoon, the Albertus Magnus College Women's Basketball team lost their first game of the season to visiting York College 77-55.  The Lady Falcons struggled to find their rhythm and early foul trouble contributed to the loss.  The Lady Falcons trailed 35-20 at halftime and never recovered despite shooting much better in the second half.  York was lead by sophomore center Kadisha Wickham (Turkos & Caicos) and her game high 24 points and team high six rebounds.  The Lady Falcons were lead by senior guard Chantel Davis (New Haven, CT) and her team high nine points to go along with seven rebounds.   The Lady Falcons drop to 0-1, 0-0 GNAC while York College improves to 1-0, 0-0 CUNYAC.  Albertus Magnus travels to Newbury College on Monday for a 7:00pm tip-off.
