Standish, ME - The Albertus Magnus College Women's Basketball team dropped an 85-57 decision to host and Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) opponent St. Joseph's College (ME) on Saturday afternoon.
The Falcons trailed 42-31 at halftime and saw host St. Joe's (ME) shoot an incredible 52.9% from the field in the second half.
Albertus was led by senior forward Bianca Brown (West Haven, CT/Career) and her team high 17 points and game high 13 rebounds. Freshman forward Annie Raucci (Milford, CT/Foran) added 10 points.
St. Joe's (ME) received a balanced scoring attack with five players scoring in double figures.
The Falcons drop to 7-10, 1-5 GNAC while St. Joe's (ME) improves to 12-6, 4-1 GNAC on the season. Albertus travels to Boston, MA on Tuesday night to take on GNAC opponent Simmons College at 7:00 pm.
