Albertus Magnus College women's basketball alumna, Chelsea Sherrod '16, led the Q&A panel between the coaches. She was a standout team captain in her junior and senior seasons as well as a starter for the Falcons under Coach Fredette. Sherrod led the four coaches with a variety of prompts to shed light on their experiences as a coach and former player, as well as touching on current hot topics in the basketball world. The 'sold out' audience included more than 30 high school basketball players attended the panel coming from Stratford High School, Bunnell High School and Notre Dame of Fairfield.

"From growing up in Stratford, it was really nice to give back to the town where my love for sports began. Sterling House played an immensely positive role in my youth sports days and I appreciate being able to share my experiences with the next generation of players," Fredette said.
