PITTSON, Pa. - The Albertus Magnus College women's ice hockey team won its second straight game over King's College (Pa.), 4-2 on Saturday evening.
Albertus had three power-play goals in the win.
It was the first time in program history the team has won two consecutive games.
Kayla Clark (Avon, Conn.) had a goal and two assists. Tori Walsh (Marystown, Newfoundland) and Molly Martin (Buffalo, N.Y.) each had a goal and an assist and Aliyah Sawyer (Colorado Springs, Colo.) scored a goal.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Walsh got the Falcons on the board on the power play just 6:14 into the first period when Clark found Walsh along the goal line a few feet away from the net. Walsh skated in and put home the puck past King's goaltender, Hayley Packer.
- Less than a minute later, the Monarchs got on the board from Amanda Sokol to knot the game at 1-1.
- In the second period, Martin added a second power play goal on the day as she and Walsh played a little give and go and Martin skated in to fire a shot past Packer to make it a 2-1 game at the 10:14 mark.
- King's tied the game once again on a goal from Lucy Beal at the 13:49 mark as she went on a breakaway on her own and split two defenders and put one past Christmas Johnson (Winnipeg, Manitoba) to make it a 2-2 game.
- With just 25 seconds remaining in the second period, Clark scored her sixth goal of the season as Martin fed a cross ice pass to Clark who was wide open in the faceoff circle and took a snapshot past Packer, putting Albertus up, 3-2.
- At the 14:00 minute mark of the third period, Sawyer scored her third goal of the season as she took a rebound off a shot from Moira O'Brien (Wilbraham, Ma.) and stuffed it home for the final goal of the game.
- In the third period, the Falcons penalty-kill unit stopped a 5-on-3 advantage on a major.
