NORTHFIELD, Vt. - The Albertus Magnus College women's lacrosse team lost a 21-1 game to Norwich University in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) contest on Friday.
Alexys Signor (North Haven, Conn.) scored the lone goal for the Falcons.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cadets scored five times in the first quarter to take a 5-0 lead as Athena Merck scored twice during that time.
- Albertus got on the board just 48 seconds into the second quarter as Signor scored her fifth goal of the season, which came on a free position shot.
- Norwich responded with the next seven goals of the first half, including two each by Ellie Moriarty, Sophie Zemianek and Caitlyn Fielder to take a 12-1 lead.
- Norwich continued to score with nine more unanswered goals in the second half, including two more from Fielder, who finished with five goals on the day.
