COACH WAJNOWSKI'S POST-GAME THOUGHTS

"That was awesome, said head coach Nick Wajnowski. "I just want to thank our trainers and everyone involved to get us to a kickoff. Thank you to the folks at Nichols and their student-athletes for their will and want to get back on the field. And a special thanks to this team and coaching staff who have done everything we've asked of them just for the possibility of getting back on the field.  "Normal" is on its way and that was a great first step."

ANDREWS NETS FIRST GOAL

Andrews netted her first goal of the season as the junior fired a right-footed shot from 25 yards out over the fingertips of the Nichols' keeper and into the net giving the Falcons a one-goal advantage.

FALCONS STRIKE AGAIN

A minute or so later, Austin found the back of the net for her first of the season to put the Falcons up 2-0. After receiving a long pass from Andrews, Austin found the long ball after beating out the defender for a one-on-one opportunity and chipped it over the head of the Bisons' keeper.
