2024 GNAC Men's And Women's Swimming And Diving Championships Pre-Championship Polls Released

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College men's and women's swimming team were picked to finish seventh and eighth place, respectively in the upcoming Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships as selected by the conference coaches. The championships will take place from Friday, February 2 to Sunday, February 4 at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

The men's team finished with 15 points, just two shy of sixth-place Elms. The women finished with 13 voting points, just three points behind Colby-Sawyer.

Defending men's and women's champion, Norwich was picked to finish first once again in 2024.

On the men's side, the Cadets finished with 49 voting points with seven first place votes. They were followed by Regis (38) and a two-way tie for third between Saint Joseph's (Me.) and the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) with 29.

For the women, Norwich received 60 voting points, including five first-place votes. Simmons followed the Cadets with 57 voting points and three first-place votes. Saint Joseph's (Me.) was picked third with 45 voting points.
