NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team won in dominating fashion over York College (N.Y.), 8-1 in a home non-confernce game.
The Falcons now move to 2-9 on the season while York falls to 0-8.
JuJu Oliver won her team-high fourth match of the season in No. 1 singles, 8-0 over Bisola Babanumi and teamed up with Naomi Allen for a doubles no. 1 shutout. Allen won her singles no. 4 match, 8-3
Moira O'Brien shut out her opponent, 8-0 in singles no. 6 and won doubles no. 3 with Molly Martin, 8-2. Martin also won her singles no. 5 match, 8-1 over Julia Wyman. Tori Walsh won her singles no. 3, 8-2.
Up next, the Falcons will host Kean on October 29 to wrap up their 2023 fall season.
