Standish, ME - The Albertus Magnus College Women's Volleyball team dropped both games of a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) tri-match against host St. Joseph's College (ME) and Emmanuel College on Saturday afternoon.  In the opening match, St. Joseph's College (ME) posted a 3-0 victory over the Falcons (25-13, 25-18, 25-7) while Emmanuel College defeated the Falcons 3-0 (25-13, 25-18, 25-15).

Junior outside hitter Elizabeth Williams (West Haven, CT/Hyde Leadership) led the Falcons with a team high six kills and five digs in the 3-0 defeat by St. Joseph's College (ME).

Freshman outside hitter Melissa Manning (Milford, CT/Foran) led the Falcons in the second match with a team high nine digs while juniors Tiffany Ortiz (New Haven, CT/Career) and Williams added four kills each.

Albertus drops to 3-15, 0-10 GNAC while St Joseph's College (ME) improves to 16-11, 5-5 GNAC and Emmanuel College improves to 12-13, 4-4 GNAC.

The Falcons conclude their season on Saturday when they host a GNAC tri-match against St. Joseph's College (CT) and Pine Manor College at 11:00 am.
