The Albertus Magnus women's volleyball team fell to Johnson & Wales (R.I.) 3-0 (25-18, 25-7, 25-5) on Saturday afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action.

Junior Melissa Manning (Milford, Conn.) led the way for the Falcons with seven kills and eight digs, while Nicole Acerra (East Haven, Conn.) tallied 20 digs in the loss.

JWU's Karlie Haack led the Wildcats with nine kills and four digs, while Natasha Finkbeiner dished out 20 assists.

The Falcons battled in the opening set before the Wildcats secured the match victory with two dominating sets to close out the match.
