The Albertus Magnus women's cross country team took 13th place at the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship at Franklin Park in Boston, Mass. on Saturday.
Veronica Blekis led the Falcons with a 44th place finish as she finished the 5k in a time of 24:09.
The 49th place finisher was Alisha Darin, who ran the championship race in 24:19. The final four Falcon runners were Cara Ann Cama (121st – 33:52), Leyna Andren (123rd – 34:35), Elaina Maio (125th – 35:05) and Carly Petrosimone (126th – 35:29).
Saint Joseph's Amber Dastle won the race in a race-best mark of 19:45.
Johnson & Wales took the win with 64 points, while Emmanuel and Simmons rounded out the top-three teams.
