Junior Kelsey Proctor led the Albertus Magnus women's cross country team on Friday evening at the 2012 Mitchell Invitational with a first-place finish in the 4,667-meter race. Despite the team loss to Mitchell, Proctor finished in 19:40.8 for her first victory as an Albertus runner.
Proctor also finished 51 seconds faster than her nearest opponent.
Lianna Carerro was the Falcons' second finisher as she took eighth place with a time of 22:47.2, while Lindsey Raynor took 10th place for Albertus.
Michelle Barillaro finished just behind Raynor in 11th place as Amanda Green, Latoya Agnew and Leyna Andren took 13th, 14th and 15th place, respectively. Veronica Hribko took 17th for the Falcons as well.
