The Albertus Magnus women's cross country team ran at the University of Saint Joseph Invitational in West Hartford, Conn. on Saturday morning as the Falcons took fourth place at the event.
Lianna Carrero (Hamden, Conn.) and Leyna Andren (Manahawkin, N.J.) led the Falcons as Carrero finished the 5K in ninth place with a time of 25:22. Andren took 22nd place with a time of 31:32.
The Falcons return to action on Saturday, Oct. 6 as they travel to Westfield State for the Westfield State Invitational. That race is scheduled to begin at noon.
