The Albertus Magnus men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Post Invitational on Wednesday afternoon in Middlebury, Conn. at Hop Brook Park.
Senior John Snow (Cheshire, Conn.) led the way as he finished the men's race in fifth place with a time of 18:33. Senior Lianna Carrero (Hamden, Conn.) led the Falcons on the women's side as she took ninth place with a time of 28:08.
The second finisher for the men's team was Castel Jean-Francois, while the women's second finisher was senior Leyna Andren.
On the women's side, Bridgeport's Tiffany Eberhard won the race with a final time of 21:23.
Post's John Ducham won the men's race with a final time of 17:38.
The Falcons' women's cross country team will run on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the University of Saint Joseph. The men's team will join the women's team on Saturday, Oct. 12 at Westfield State.
