A NEW WEEK
The Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team prepares for three matches in the week ahead, including a pair of conference matches against Johnson & Wales and Simmons. Prior the match against the Sharks, the Falcons will face Vaughn in non-conference play on Thursday evening.

GAME THREE HIGHLIGHTS

• The duo of Alicia Weaver (Bethel, Conn.) and Izzy Sabino (Cheshire, Conn.) took the doubles win in the No. 1 slot by a score of 8-1
• Albertus Magnus won five out of the six matches, including a pair of shutout wins by Paige Williams (Orange County, Va.) and Nallely Magana (East Haven, Conn.) at No. 6 and No. 5 singles

COUGHLIN NAMED GNAC CORVIAS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
For the second time this season, freshman Jessica Coughlin (Durham, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team has been tabbed as the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Corvias Rookie of the Week.

Coughlin won both her singles and doubles matches in the Falcons' GNAC opener against Mount Ida College on Saturday afternoon. The duo of Coughlin and Kelsea Wildman (Hamden, Conn.) started things off for the Falcons with a 8-1 win in No. 2 doubles. Coughlin also put up a strong effort in No. 2 singles, defeating her opponent 6-4 and 6-1.
