A NEW WEEK
This weekend the Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team opens up GNAC play on Saturday afternoon with a home contest against Mount Ida before hitting the road on Sunday afternoon to face Vaughn College.

GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS

The Falcons fell to Division II opponent the University of New Haven.
In No. 2 doubles, freshman Jessica Coughlin (Durham, Conn.) and junior Izzy Sabino (Cheshire, Conn.) battled to an 8-4 setback against Stephanie Gonzalez and Angela Mercurio.
Sabino lead the Falcons in singles as well, falling 6-2, 6-2 in the No. 3 slot against Caitlyn Burridge.

GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS

Albertus Magnus won all six matches.
Nallely Magana (East Haven, Conn.) and Lakhena Rath (Danbury, Conn.) netted an 8-0 win at No. 3
Duo Jessica Coughlin (Durham, Conn.) and Kelsea Wildman (Hamden, Conn.) raced past their opponent, 8-0, at No. 2
No. 1, Alicia Weaver (Bethel, Conn.) and Izzy Sabino (Cheshire, Conn.) earned their first win of the season as pair, 8-4.
