2021: Named Third Team All-Conference...appeared in all 16 games for the Falcons and recorded 15 starts...set a career-high with eight goals and three assists for 19 points…his eight goals were ninth-best in the conference...he tallied three game-winners against Mitchell College, Rivier University, and Saint Joseph's (CT), which was tied for sixth-best in the conference...recorded two multi-goal games against Saint Joseph's (CT) and Anna Maria College...recorded three penalty kick goals, which was good for a first-place tie in the conference.

2020-21: Due to COVID-19, the men's soccer team was unable to play in the fall, but played five exhibition games in the spring. 

Before Albertus: Transferred to Albertus after one season at Rivier University...paced the Raiders last season with 15 points on seven goals and one assist...started all but one game last year.

High School: Attended H.C. Wilcox Technical High School...named team captain in his senior season. 

Personal: Son of Ruth and Juan Cortez...majoring in Sports Management.
